7 Simple Yet Effective Ways to Overcome Everyday Stress

Generally, caffeine can be found in coffee and energy drinks. Some studies show that high caffeine intake can increase stress and anxiety. However, every individual differs on how much caffeine they can consume. Caffeine intake greatly varies per person. So, if you feel that caffeine makes you anxious, consider reducing if not completely stop caffeine intake.
7. Look at the bright side
When things don’t go as planned, no need to worry. All of us experience disappointments and frustrations, but how we handle a setback makes a big difference. Individuals with positive thoughts and social attributes are more likely to be in a good position to overcome stressful situations. Apply positive attitude when facing these kinds of situations.
