What an amazing experience! To walk the Ocean Road Walk in itself is a joy, but to do it with caring knowledgeable guides, be fed by top class chefs and be pampered with foot spas on return exceeded my expectations! The walk was quite hard on the second day with uphill climbs but guides Daisy and Justin were on hand to encourage us and allow us to go at our own pace. Lunch every day was at a beautiful viewing area and very yummy. We were offered the option of massages one day which really helped. Accommodation was good and each night at 6 we met for canapes and drinks followed by a 5 star meal. Congratulations to all the staff on a well organised and welcoming stay. PS If you have any special food requirements you will be very happy with your options!! GF Good food - Zane quote and so true!

What a fantastic experience doing the walk in late October with a group of close friends. We had perfect weather for the six days - clear skies, crisp in the morning and beautiful sunshine during the day. We felt looked after from the moment we met our guides, Kat and Declan at Quamby Estate - they worked tirelessly ensuring that we wanted for nothing during the walk. They were so knowledgeable and informative, extremely patient and full of energy .... and of course amazing cooks! The food was excellent - plentiful and an amazing variety for being in the middle of the wilderness, a home cooked 3 course meal every night! The huts were outstanding, clean, comfortable, warm and welcoming and the hot showers a welcome luxury at the end of each day. The walk itself was simply stunning - the wilderness and terrain like nothing I have experienced before and the views simply breathtaking. Thank you to our guides for making this trip such fun and an experience we will cherish for a long time to come. I could not recommend more highly walking with Cradle Mountain Huts.

By far, the best holiday I have ever been on! Stunning walks with great guides during the day, then super comfortable beds, warm showers and insanely awesome food at night! I definitely recommend doing the longer walks - they make eating all the scrumptious food even more worthwhile & guilt free! Be sure to pack warm clothes and shoes for the evening - ugg boots & hoodies are a must. The group supply a great raincoat and day pack + water bottle for the journey - all of exceptional quality. All day walks are perfectly planned, including rest stops, snacks, lunches and all the all important tea breaks! Take extra camera batteries, trust me, you'll need them! 10/10 experience!

Our first organised walk and what an amazing introduction. We were a little apprehensive leading up to it as we didn't do any preparation walking prior to the walk but it was for no reason. The guides were terrific, the people we were with just amazing and the lodgings, just brilliant and the walk very satisfying both physically and mentally. Loads of time to think and re assess life as we know it.
From the moment we were picked up to the final walk out plus the canoe paddle in between my wife and I just loved. The scenery, the food and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend it for beginners as an easy introduction back into nature and life on the wild side.
Scenic Rim Trail, Gary Somm Trip Advisor ReviewVisited August 2014
We stayed at Canopy as part of an organised 4 day Scenic Rim Trail by Spicers. The vast property was great to explore and we particularly loved hiking into Canopy on day one. What a lovely surprise to see the glamping style safari tents pop up into view as we finished our last climb for the day. Awesome views, extremely peaceful and fantastic customer service. James and his team - Ben, Ryan and Finn were very attentive and knowledgable. They couldn't do more for us. The tents were very high quality and despite being in winter we were warm in bed - recommend a beanie - but part of the eco experience! Food and wine was excellent and plentiful! We met and enjoyed the company of other walkers chatting and sharing stories in the communal lounge or by the open outdoor fire. We highly recommend this property.
Arakaba Walk, 258Linz29 Melbourne, Trip Advisor ReviewVisited August 2014
Thinking we had seen it all after hiking for ten years, we were taken away with the beauty and magic of the Arkaba walk. With 4 guides looking after a maximum of 10 people, the care and attention of the team could not be faulted. The knowledge of the guides was astounding, and we all came away learning so much more about our own country. The creek bed walks were something we had never done before and they were breathtaking. The Elder range was our favourite and we would love to come back and climb those on our next visit. The food, service, accommodation was second to none. We had a very special time in a very special place.
The Maria Island Walk, Marilyn G Adelaide, Trip Advisor ReviewVisited May 2014
Our walk started April 4 2014 and we could sense immediately that it was going to be special. The initial meeting with our fellow walkers and guides (Daniel & Sam) set the scene. The walk is the complete package - location, accommodation, guides, flora, fauna, and food, wine and quality toiletries, all exceptional. Enjoyed the variation in the landscape, varying between beach, bushland, rainforest, mountain climbing and historical and geological sites. The highlight was reaching the summit of Mt.Maria. Although a little difficult it is well worth the effort. Of the Maria Island " big five" we only missed seeing a Tasmanian Devil

Every single aspect of this tour far exceeded our expectations. Our three guides worked well as a team - and providing a gluten & dairy free diet was never a problem. We were continually impressed with our guides' dedication to ensuring that everything was handled in an environmentally friendly manner. Unforgettable experience!
