Aman standards of rooms, service and food are in full effect in this location. I would go back just for some of the food and the excellent cocktails at the bar. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Rooms are peaceful with relaxing views. Ocean swimming is possible, but not always something you can count on due to varying conditions. The pool, though, is great.
A short buggy ride down to the shoreline reveals Amanoi's swathe of golden sand – a private beach looking out to the quiet and sheltered waters of Vinh Hy Bay. While the pretty fishing village lies just around the headland, Amanoi's beach enjoys an uninterrupted horizon of blue.

Just simply stunning. No other word for it. Everything about this place is perfect. Perfect setting, perfect service, perfect food, perfect facilities, perfect architecture. Overall, one of the best places we've ever been to.
Inside a national park. Beautiful location. We loved the architecture and the design. Contemporary Asian is the best way to describe it. The central pavilion is stunning. We had an ocean view pool villa, which I would highly recommend. The property is quite spread out. They end up taking you everywhere by electric golf cart / buggy. This worked out well, never had to wait long. Service was impeccable. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, with wide choices of Vietnamese and Western dishes. Although we had a pool villa, we ended up spending most of our time at the beach club. The beach is beautiful and the ocean was very swimmable. You can snorkel just off the beach. There is a nice restaurant at the beach club and the pool there is fantastic. There are sea kayaks and paddle boards and hobby cats available. We took a kayak and paddled along the coast to the fishing village of Vinh Hy next door.
Cam Rahn is the closest airport. 1 1/4 hr drive approximately. Hanoi and Saigon are the two highest frequency connecting airports. We flew from Saigon and to Hanoi on the way back both times on VN. Lastly, bear in mind that weather in this part of Vietnam is not guaranteed. Conditions can change pretty quickly. We got lucky and had 1 day of rain, 3 perfectly clear days, and 1 day overcast with a bit of wind.
