Guest Reviews of Saddlebrook Resort

Saddlebrook is the best adult tennis program out there. 5 hours a day of great instruction. Howard Moore and Sean have built a world class program. Just returned from a 3 day trip with one of my best friends. He and I have been going there regularly and will make sure we are there each year to stay up on the latest tennis instruction and coaching. Our pro this time was Zora. Everyone needs to go there and ask for her. She has a tremendous ability to see all that you are doing wrong from across the court, and help you correct it with precision. Hotel, spa, and dinning are comfortable and easy as well.

Stayed here in order to be close to a business meeting. The resort itself is at the end of a long road in an upscale golf course neighborhood. Valet parking is not optional; it's the only option. Kind of nice not to see parking lots. The rooms themselves are spread out, as if you are in an apartment complex. (I believe some of the clusters are apartments.) they drive you to your room after you have checked in, in an oversized golf cart. Bell service was unfailing pleasant and courteous. If you need your car, a quick call has it waiting for you by the time you walk over. (Of course, you can call for a ride, too.)

The room was a nice size and the bed was quite comfortable. AC and heating worked well. The room seemed to stay at the desired temperature without requiring the unit to be running constantly. No refrigerator in the room. Free coffee. The decor was in good shape, but a bit dated. Probably from the 80s. The bathroom lights were a bit dim at first. Took about five minutes for the full brightness to come on.

View from the room was of one of the golf courses. The whole campus was lovely, it was too cool when I was there to use the pool, but it looked like a very nice set up,

Ate a TJ's Sports Bar one night, right at the entrance to Dempsey's. Nice relaxing place to eat, if you don't want to leave the resort. Coffee Bar didn't have much to offer, but the cappuccino was good.

I'd like to come back sometime when I have time to just hang out.
